These terms govern your use of the crypto.bot software (the "Software"), provided by [Operating entity] ("we", "us"). By using the Software you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. Scope of the software
The Software is an interface for discovering tokens on the networks it lists (Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, Robinhood Chain and Arc at the time of writing), composing transactions, and defining rules that propose transactions within limits you set. The Software composes transactions using public programs and contracts and third-party routers; it does not operate a custom on-chain program in its first version. Availability of any feature may depend on jurisdiction: [Jurisdictional availability to be completed].
2. No custody
We do not hold, store, transmit or request your private keys or seed phrases. Keys exist only inside a wallet provider's secure environment unlocked by your sign-in (an email code, or a passkey you add). Where you create an automation or an API key, you grant a signing permission within limits you set, and you may revoke it at any time. Automation policies are created under a key your browser holds and we never see; our servers cannot widen a policy, and no automation signs without an independent co-signer agreeing to the exact transaction. The daily cap is counted by that co-signer, not by the wallet provider or the chain. We cannot recover a wallet whose email access and passkeys are lost. [Counsel to confirm custody characterisation under applicable law.]
3. No advice
Nothing in the Software is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Risk scores, flags, badges, feeds, leaderboards and simulations are signals derived from on-chain data and are provided for information only. The Software does not recommend tokens and does not decide trades. Every transaction is one you chose to confirm, or one proposed by a rule you wrote.
4. Fees
Fees are those disclosed in the Software at the time an action is confirmed: a crypto.bot fee on the amount traded, the network fee, and any priority tip you select, each shown on its own line together with the estimated price impact. There is no spread, no markup and no fee on a failed transaction. Where a referral is attached, the Software states the fee you pay and that part of it is shared with your referrer. Fee rates may change with notice as set out in section 8.
5. What the software is and is not
The Software is an interface. Data shown in it is read from the networks it lists and from third-party data and routing providers, and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Transactions you confirm are signed in your browser with a key held in an embedded wallet under your login and are sent to the network of the token you trade; nothing is sent until you confirm, and the fee shown on the card is the fee charged. The Software does not hold funds, does not operate an exchange and does not guarantee that any transaction will land. Features described in the Software or its documentation as intended design or not wired yet are not offered and create no obligation.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the Software only where it is lawful for you to do so, and only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- Do not use the Software to launder funds, evade sanctions, manipulate markets or interfere with any network or program.
- Do not attempt to bypass policy caps, the confirm step or the ask-first hold, or to extract keys from any component.
- Do not interfere with the service, scrape it beyond reasonable use, or misrepresent your identity to other users.
- You are responsible for the security of your email, devices and passkeys, and for every rule and key you create.
7. Limitations
[Limitation of liability to be drafted by counsel for the applicable jurisdiction.] Without limiting that clause, the Software is provided as is; we do not warrant that any transaction will land, that any price, quote or risk signal is accurate or timely, or that the service is uninterrupted. Networks, programs, routes and wallet providers are operated by third parties outside our control. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, failed or delayed transactions, slippage, third-party failures, or rules you configured.
[Indemnity, exclusions for consumers, and any mandatory statutory rights to be set out by counsel.]
8. Changes
We may change these terms and the Software. Material changes to terms or fees will be announced in the Software with at least [notice period] before they take effect, and the revision date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the change. If you do not agree, stop using the Software and revoke any policies you created.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to [Venue or dispute resolution mechanism to be completed].
