These pages set out the terms under which the crypto.bot software is made available, how the software handles information, the risks of trading new tokens, and what the site stores in your browser. They are drafts. The operating entity, governing law, retention periods and regulatory status are shown as bracketed placeholders to be completed by counsel before the product launches.

Status
- Status: draft. No document on these pages has been reviewed or approved by counsel.
- Last updated: the Terms of use, the Privacy policy and the changes page carry 2026-10-28, the version the sign-in gate asks every account to accept. The other documents carry a placeholder until a revision date is set.
- Operating entity: [Operating entity]. Governing law and venue: [Jurisdiction].
- Regulatory status: [To be determined by counsel for each jurisdiction in which the product is offered].
What is fixed already
Three commitments come from the product's own rules and will survive legal review in substance: crypto.bot never holds or asks for private keys or seed phrases; crypto.bot never gives trading advice and never decides a trade; every fee is itemised wherever an action is confirmed, with no spread, no markup and no crypto.bot fee on a failed transaction (the network's own fee on one is still spent, as the risk disclosure says).
Where these notices appear
The site-wide footer and the onboarding flow carry the non-advice, non-custodial and risk statements. Until counsel approves final wording, those places use the draft text on these pages and are marked as such.
